Covid 19 Information and Updates
Parents and carers should note:
- Pupils are still advised to isolate and get a PCR test if they have any of the main three Covid symptoms
- Pupils can still LFD test from day 5 and return to school once they’ve tested negative on two consecutive days, if they no longer have a temperature and feel well enough. Otherwise they can return after 10 days, again, if they no longer have a temperature and feel well enough.
- No requirement to take LFD tests if you are a close contact.
In a nutshell, there is no legal requirement but we are all still advised to follow self- isolation guidance and we trust that all of us will continue to work together to prevent the spread of Covid 19 when we present symptoms as we would with any other illness.
